仕事の内容

保険事故に関わる車両等の損害調査業務をお任せします

具体的には事故車両が入庫した修理工場等を訪問し専門知識を活かして関係者と打ち合わせし修理費の調整を行います

事故と損傷箇所に整合性があるかを確認し事故とは無関係な損傷を見極め適正な修理範囲や修理方法を的確に提案していきます

専門性が非常に高く自動車工学関連する法律や損害評価などの知識も身につけたプロフェッショナルとして成長出来ます

また社会の安全と安心の一端を担えるやりがいのあるお仕事です

修理工場等で自動車整備の経験がありコミュニケーション力の高い方が活躍しています

必須自動車整備士の資格をお持ちの方

普通自動車第一種運転免許AT限定可社有車で修理工場等を訪問していただきます

技術アジャスター資格見習初級3級2級業務を行うための必須資格になりますが未資格者の方に対しては入社後に見習試験合格に向けた研修を実施するともに受験勉強に専念できる環境を用意します

ディーラーや整備工場での修鈑金理見積フロント業務経験

損害保険登録鑑定人資格3級2級1級

損害保険会社勤務経験

損害保険に関わる業務経験代理店調査会社など

勤務条件

雇用形態正社員(期間の定めなし)

給与採用時想定年収430万円570万円経験者はスキルに応じて更に優遇固定月給 30万円以上固定残業代含む/固定残業代の相当時間42.0時間/月賞与年一回支給

就業時間9時17時所定労働時間7時間残業が発生する場合あり

通勤手当会社規定に基づき支給

有給休暇初年度入社直後に5日もしくは10日入社月による最高付与日数20日

入社後技術アジャスター資格初級を取得目安は４か月半年しその後一定の実績を積むまでは研修体制の整っている下記拠点で勤務いただきます異動までの勤務期間は住宅手当が発生し引っ越し費用は規定により会社が負担します

直行直帰について
入社後技術アジャスターとして一定期間経験を積んだ後はご自宅から修理工場へ直行直帰が可能出社も週12回程度と時間を有効活用しながら裁量を持って取り組んでいただけます慣れ親しんだエリアや希望のエリアをホームに社会に貢献できる働き方です
