Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding training performance evaluation and offboarding.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and company goals.
- Administer employee benefits resolve employee inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Partner with management and ownership to address employee relations issues provide guidance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct and oversee training programs identifying needs and opportunities for employee development.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field - and/or -
- 1-year proven experience in an HR role preferably within the automotive industry or a similar environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies employment laws and best practices.
- Strong communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP) is a plus.
