In this role youll:


Working within our Sydney Trains team you will support the Manager Governance & Reporting with the management of the Corporate Governance Framework and will provide secretariat corporate governance compliance and business support to the Corporate Governance function across Sydney Trains.


The role will provide support in maintaining the delegations frameworks for Sydney Trains ensuring organisational policies are up to date and workplace practices are in alignment with Sydney Trains and TfNSWs Corporate Governance and Compliance Frameworks to ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.


Collaboration with key stakeholders in TfNSW and government will be at the forefront of continuous improvement and best practice.

About you


You will demonstrate understanding experience and knowledge of governance policy development compliance and systems and their application within a large and complex organisation.


Your proven ability to engage with stakeholders lead and facilitate governance and/or other key management processes to achieve positive organisational outcomes will see you thrive in this opportunity.


You will also demonstrate excellent change planning program management skills and experience in the delivery of organisation-wide initiatives.


You will have experience in providing general advice on governance issues as they arise to ensure they are well informed and can respond appropriately.


Your proven skills in monitoring and devising recommendations for the entitys compliance with corporate governance accountabilities will see you shine in this opportunity.


Finally you will be able to support with efficiency the administration of the Delegation Framework to ensure levels of delegation are clearly communicated and adhered to.

This is a Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role for up to 15 months and will be office based from our Haymarket office.
