The opportunity

As our Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager youll be working with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements and then provide expert guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet their needs. Additionally you will be responsible for leading a local team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

This is a hybrid position based in Warrang Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage finance-related activities on Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing and training.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and then provide guidance on how to configure and use Dynamics 365 F&O to meet those requirements.
• Be part of a local team of Dynamics 365 F&O finance consultants providing guidance coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities and features and assess their applicability to our clients needs.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in finance and accounting including experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting.

Ideally youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience leading teams of consultants or analysts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
