Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our bnsf tech HR team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting our recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Facilitate end-to-end job requisition process including creation approval workflows posting and tracking ensuring alignment with workforce planning and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones ensuring alignment between candidates and interview teams.
• Assessment Management: Administer and track candidate assessments ensuring timely completion and communication of results.
• Recruiting Mailbox Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries in the recruiting mailbox providing prompt and professional support.
• Project Support: Assist with various talent acquisition initiatives and projects including process improvements reporting and event coordination.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing updates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Daily work is conducted in a safety indoor office environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Able to work in the US without company sponsorship now AND in the future.
• 1 year experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
