Job Description
SUMMARY
Oversees monitors and maintains financial/budget and/or position control data for assigned area(s) or programs. Supervises one or more workers. Creates reports for Operations Department Accounting Specialist will focus on processing requisitions and invoices for Transportation. This role also manages field trip requests and payments and may provide support to other departments within the Operations Division as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Five years of accounting and/or budget experience.
Knowledge and ability to use word processing database and spreadsheet programs.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.

FTE: 1.0 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
