Actividades Clave
- Identificar analizar y entender a las audiencias impactadas por el cambio.
- Entender la situación actual de las audiencias impactadas involucrando y generando espacios de comunicación con líderes y funciones.
- Diseñar un plan de cambio y una estrategia donde se involucre y asegure la adopción en la compañia.
- Diseñar una estrategia de alineación y evolución de la cultura basada en una mentalidad customer centric.
- Fomentar la alineación y comprensión de roles y responsabilidades en el equipo.
- Asesoria en la definición de la estrategia de cambio por iniciativa dentro del programa de CC.
- Alinear y movilizar al equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento del plan.
Requisitos
- Carrera terminada: Ing. Industrial Lic. Psicología o afin.
- 5 de experiencia (min. 3 en Change Management).
- Inglés Avanzado.
- Skills de organización y comunicación.
