This hybrid role can be performed from our EY offices in Sydney or Melbourne with flexible working arrangements available. Reduced hours may also be considered please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
- Unlock the full potential of AI in the real estate and infrastructure sectors from automation and analytics to smarter investment decisions.
- Collaborate with EY-Parthenon sector specialists to design AI-powered solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
- Shape innovative sustainable and tech-enabled strategies that challenge the status quo.
- Create engaging content to amplify our voice in the market.
- Educate and assist team members in implementing best practices for AI utilisation in real estate consulting.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies applicable to property and professional services.
- Work with management to develop AI-driven processes that enhance client results
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong experience in AI data science or machine learning (consulting tech or innovation experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of AI platforms and tools including ChatGPT Claude Midjourney Excel AI integrations and Zapier.
- Comprehension of business process automation concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- An insatiable curiosity for how AI is transforming industries especially in city shaping built environment property and urban infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial strategies.
