Due to continued growth we are seeking to employ a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to work on establishing and maintaining relationships with legal firms across the country.

About the role:

Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
Maintaining a candidate data base.
Advising candidates and clients on the most appropriate solutions/options.
Screening and interviewing applicants.
Managing the interview process and beyond.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between the client and candidate.
Providing CV interview and general career advice.
Advising clients and candidates on the current market.

The ideal candidate:

Must be commercially minded confident sales focused and team-oriented.
A commerce human resources business or law graduate.
With a proven track record in recruitment (a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role).
Have a professional presentation excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Solution oriented.
Be a bubbly personality able to work as part of a greater team.
