- Due to continued growth we are seeking to employ a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to work on establishing and maintaining relationships with legal firms across the country.
About the role:
- Identifying and developing client/business relationships.
- Maintaining a candidate data base.
- Advising candidates and clients on the most appropriate solutions/options.
- Screening and interviewing applicants.
- Managing the interview process and beyond.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between the client and candidate.
- Providing CV interview and general career advice.
- Advising clients and candidates on the current market.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be commercially minded confident sales focused and team-oriented.
- A commerce human resources business or law graduate.
- With a proven track record in recruitment (a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role).
- Have a professional presentation excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solution oriented.
- Be a bubbly personality able to work as part of a greater team.
