This Position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics SupervisorYour Role: Own the Challenge
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring truck availability for export and import operations managing logistics reports scheduling pickups with external suppliers delivering final export documentation and ensuring timely payment of service invoices.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Energy Distribution Business Line in Nogales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment activities and ensure truck availability for import/export operations.
- Collect and validate export documentation to avoid penalties and ensure compliance.
- Manage logistics and financial reports (FMRP Mt Juliet Warehouse).
- Ensure timely processing and payment of service invoices.
- Support process improvements to reduce costs and lead times aligned with CTPAT-OEA compliance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in logistics materials or related roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in shipment coordination and transport assignments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CTPAT-OEA programs (preferred).
- Experience in process improvement to reduce costs and lead times (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in international Trade Logistics Engineering or related field.
