Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor the procurement process ensuring timely issuance and follow-up of purchase orders.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships ensuring effective communication and negotiation for cost quality and delivery improvements.
Manage shipping and receiving activities including carrier coordination documentation and export/import compliance.
Oversee warehouse operations ensuring accurate inventory control space utilization and adherence to safety standards.
Track supplier performance metrics (OTD lead times quality issues) and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve material shortages delivery discrepancies and logistics incidents.
Identify and drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives within the procurement and logistics functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies ethical standards and relevant trade or safety regulations.
Maintain accurate ERP data and support audits or internal reviews related to supply and logistics activities.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Supply Chain Business or related field.
Experience: 810 years in procurement logistics or warehouse operations (preferably in aerospace or manufacturing).
Languages: Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
Knowledge: Understanding of international trade shipping documentation and inventory control principles.
