We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Technology Alliance Program (TAP) Manager to manage our TAP program providing software and hardware members with the tools and resources to build test and deliver interoperable solutions with VMware products. The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction of our TAP program build meaningful partner relationships and provide end to end management of this growing member community. Proven expertise driving and supporting technology partner programs combined with strong skills in business development and problem-solving will be required to deliver business results.
As a key member of our strategic technology and ISV partner team you will be responsible for:
Proactively engaging with prospective and new TAP members on the value proposition delivered to members and the benefits offered through the program
Developing new TAP member ecosystems including identifying and launching new programs and developing new partner relationships in support of strategic initiatives
Managing TAP member onboarding renewals inquiries and support requests including ad hoc requests for licenses product/engineering inquiries and co-marketing support
Developing and managing TAP program collateral operation guides portal content and knowledge base articles
Scoping and managing TAP system-related incidents service requests and developing business justification for all TAP system enhancements
Working closely with key stakeholders including VCF partner engineering who manage interoperability and certification programs for members
Supporting ongoing system testing as the business owner in all Broadcom UAT testing involving TAP systems and processes
Clearly and concisely reporting and communicating impactful business results
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree with 12 years of professional experience in partner management business development or related roles in technology
Prior experience driving technology partner programs and a proven track record of delivering successful technology partner engagements through strategic programs
VMware product knowledge and experience with Wolken and Google forms would be a distinct advantage
Relationship-driven self-starter with a strong dedication to collaboration and the ability to build credibility across multiple stakeholders

Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
Must work in the office no remote work is allowed for this position.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is$106900 - $190000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
