Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing manager to plan execute and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement for our Blood Hound business. This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns managing social media channels creating compelling content driving competitive intelligence efforts and coordinating our presence at industry trade shows and events.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals and sales objectives.
  • Track measure and report on campaign performance ROI and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing strategies and pipeline goals.

Content Development

  • Create and manage engaging content including case studies white papers email newsletters presentations videos and sales collateral.
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and design resources to produce high-quality marketing assets.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the Blood Hound social media presence on LinkedIn Facebook and other relevant platforms working closely with the USIC social media manager.
  • Develop social content calendars schedule posts and engage with followers to build community and brand authority.
  • Monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.

Trade Show & Event Management

  • Plan organize and execute the companys participation in industry trade shows conferences and partner events.
  • Coordinate logistics booth design promotional materials and staff schedules.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through events.

Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor primary competitors and inform sales team of developments as necessary
  • Gather competitive intelligence at trade shows and other external events
  • Suggest positioning of Blood Hounds services in a way that stands out from competition

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
  • Strong writing editing and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively strong project management skills
