We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing manager to plan execute and oversee marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement for our Blood Hound business. This individual will play a key role in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns managing social media channels creating compelling content driving competitive intelligence efforts and coordinating our presence at industry trade shows and events.
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns to support business goals and sales objectives.
- Track measure and report on campaign performance ROI and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with lead nurturing strategies and pipeline goals.
Content Development
- Create and manage engaging content including case studies white papers email newsletters presentations videos and sales collateral.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
- Partner with subject matter experts and design resources to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the Blood Hound social media presence on LinkedIn Facebook and other relevant platforms working closely with the USIC social media manager.
- Develop social content calendars schedule posts and engage with followers to build community and brand authority.
- Monitor social media analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
Trade Show & Event Management
- Plan organize and execute the companys participation in industry trade shows conferences and partner events.
- Coordinate logistics booth design promotional materials and staff schedules.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through events.
Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor primary competitors and inform sales team of developments as necessary
- Gather competitive intelligence at trade shows and other external events
- Suggest positioning of Blood Hounds services in a way that stands out from competition
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their success.
- Strong writing editing and storytelling skills for B2B audiences.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively strong project management skills
