Job Description
Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Disbursement Specialist Our client is often looking for them to support their ongoing business needs. Join our dynamic Real Estate Team as part of a production center branch office or member of a title team.
For this 3-month temp/contract role you will provide escrow services for residential and commercial resale new construction refinance relocation and timeshare transactions. Youll put your administrative communication and organizational skills into action while working with our real estate transactions team.
What youll do:
- Assist branch operations with disbursement of escrow transactions to ensure files have been fully funded and disbursed as directed.
- Review and prepare closing files for disbursement once the file is closed.
- Confirm that the file balances are accurate and disburse the funds according to directions most often by issuing checks.
- Work with lenders buyers and escrow officers to balance files that have closed and disburse the file.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

- Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options.
- Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations typically within own team.
- Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach.
- Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
- Has familiarity with commercial real estate or at least real estate.
- Has 2 years of related work experience.
- Has a high school diploma
Job Schedule:
- 100% onsite 5 days a week. Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST
Current Start Date: October 27 2025 Pay Rate: $20.71/hour Location - Houston TX 77056

*You are Eligible to participate in the benefits program if you are considered a full-time employee of nextSource working at least 30 hours per week on a consistent basis. Your coverage will be effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
