Ready to make an impact in the maritime world and contribute to a more sustainable future
At ABB Marine & Ports youll work on innovative solutions that prepare ports and vessels for the energy transition from shore power and hybrid systems to smart this role youll combine technology commercial insight and sustainability in an international context.
Your Role
As an Account Manager youll be the main point of contact for clients in the maritime sector from shipyards to shipping companies. Youll advise on technical solutions build strong relationships and identify new opportunities. Youll collaborate with engineers project managers and international colleagues to deliver projects from start to finish.
Youll be working on:
- Selling services upgrades and new installations (such as shore power and battery efficiency solutions)
- Preparing quotations and customer proposals
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
- Identifying market trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that truly work
What You Bring
- A bachelors degree preferably in a technical or commercial field
- Affinity with electrical engineering automation or the maritime industry
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Curiosity independence and a collaborative spirit
- Fluency in Dutch and English
