Job Summary
Position Title:Physical Therapist
Location: Syracuse NY
Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Days (Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)
Duration: 13-week assignment
Weekly Pay: $2500 $3000
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapy programs according to prescribed procedures
Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to set treatment goals
Prepare and maintain clinical documentation and discharge records in a timely manner
Participate in patient rounds clinics and conferences providing relevant updates
Contribute to educational programs for staff students and volunteers
Train and mentor new staff members
Act as a clinical instructor for senior-level physical therapy students
Assist in the development of new therapy programs
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Physical Therapy
License: Must hold or be eligible for a New York State Physical Therapy License
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute or outpatient physical therapy
