We pride ourselves in a warm inviting home-like and comfortable environment and a commitment to meeting the needs of the patients we serve. Our rehab team works collaboratively utilizing a multidisciplinary approach with nursing doctors and our excellent restorative nursing aides physical and occupational therapists and speech language pathologists. This facility has a focus on post-acute rehab for short stay recovery in addition to evidence-based interventions for our long term and assisted living residents.
The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who directs supervises evaluates and provides physical therapy services to the patients as prescribed by the attending physician. May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements.
