Job Description

Adelphi is seeking Physical Therapists to provide professional therapy services to children in Mendocino County California.

The ideal candidates will provide services in accordance with established standards of care and in compliance with applicable policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Current valid license as a Physical Therapist issued by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs Physical Therapy Board of California.

Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Drivers License at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess children with physical disabilities to develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services to support student mobility motor development and functional independence.

Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences with staff parents and community groups.

Collaborate with public health staff nurses and educators to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with applicable standards.

Perform other related duties within the scope of practice as assigned.
