Job Description

About the Support Manager position

is looking for a Support Manager whos passionate about technology datacenters and helping this role youll lead our support team making sure our customers get fast friendly and reliable help when they need it.

This isnt a stuffy corporate positionwe care more about your drive problem-solving skills and ability to work with people than your resume or degrees. If you love technology enjoy helping people and want to grow with a fast-moving company this role is for you.

Support Manager responsibilities are:

  • Lead and motivate the support team to deliver top-notch customer service

  • Work directly with customers on tickets chats and calls when needed

  • Be the go-to person for tricky support cases and make sure issues get solved quickly

  • Create and improve processes so the team works smoothly and customers stay happy

  • Write and share knowledge base articles for customers and staff

  • Help with datacenter operations and assist in deployments when needed

  • Keep an eye on support performance (response times satisfaction) and suggest improvements


Support Manager requirements are:

  • 1 year experience in technical support help desk or customer service (management experience is a plus but not required)

  • Strong interest in servers networking and datacenter operations

  • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • A team player who enjoys coaching others and working with technology

  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company


Bonus requirements are:

  • Experience with Proxmox
  • Experience with Juniper Switches and Routers
  • Experience with BGP and other networking protocols
