Lead and motivate the support team to deliver top-notch customer service
Work directly with customers on tickets chats and calls when needed
Be the go-to person for tricky support cases and make sure issues get solved quickly
Create and improve processes so the team works smoothly and customers stay happy
Write and share knowledge base articles for customers and staff
Help with datacenter operations and assist in deployments when needed
Keep an eye on support performance (response times satisfaction) and suggest improvements
1 year experience in technical support help desk or customer service (management experience is a plus but not required)
Strong interest in servers networking and datacenter operations
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A team player who enjoys coaching others and working with technology
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
