Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt. As the first point of contact for our guests and visitors you will create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth operations.

 

  • Greet guests handle check-in/out procedures and manage communications efficiently
  • Provide information about local attractions and assist with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and adapt to changing situations calmly
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for guests

 


Qualifications :

 

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in hospitality or tourism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g. Opera Cloud)
  • Flexibility to work shifts and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of local attractions and services in Sharm El Sheikh
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or related field is a plus
