Job Summary
Main Duties
- You will be welcoming all visitors and make them feel comfortable
- handling all incoming phone calls and followup phone calls
- following up on guests appointments
- assist the Spa manager or the person in charge
- handle the guest from arrival
- selling treatments
- explaining the menu and spa facilities program
- upsell treatments products and memberships
- make reservations
- make appropriate reporting to management
- follow the membership with its special requirements
- allocate therapists to guests
- in charge of receiving and sending all documents
- Responsible for interface and communication between the staff and the management.
Qualifications :
Certificate in massage related
Previous spa experience
Able to communicate in English
Well groomed and high standard of personal hygiene
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
