Kia Technologies Inc is a 501c3 solutions company that powers licensees programs and School of Business Chapters authorized by Georgia Non-Post Secondary Education Commission. Our model Business:Scholar (B2S) Modular is a patent model with trade names like Operarion B2S and We Hire Startups.
Our mission is to help 200 people obtain employment through the new Job Optimization return our mission helps defy the 35-year startup failing statistic and innovatively build a bridge from the Workforce and into the World of Business. We anchored the model deeply by creating shared-vision programs for other small and thriving business owners to license.
Kia Technologies Inc was established in May 2019 and we tested and still are testing our products and services systems in the market as pilot projects which led to the creation of (13) licensable that closed the gaps in government programs.
Tasks
- Point of contact is the Director of Career Services or Human Resources
- Engage in employer outreach and employer presentations to participate in monthly career networking events
- Secure (4) employer partnerships per month by the 27th of each calendar month
- Identify new sources for new employer partnerships to join the On-demand job placement system named Job Optimization Biosystem.
- Help meet department goals by helping (17) people secure employment per month through the new Job Optimization Biosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Counseling Education Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience in academic advising or career counseling within a university setting.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace or similar software for managing student information.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching individuals towards achieving their professional objectives.
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and job market trends is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
