The Company Secretarial Office operates within our Corporate / M&A team providing a streamlined service to companies in relation to ongoing company secretarial entity compliance and legal governance obligations. We advise on the formation of companies act as registered office and registered agent and manage statutory registers for multinational groups and large privately owned companies update corporate registers prepare and lodge Australian Securities and Investments Commission filings prepare minutes and resolutions for Corporations Law companies advise and assist with discharging financial reporting obligations and the registration and renewal of business names.

Your Role

We are looking for either a Paralegal to join our team. You will support the Company Secretarial Office Manager by assisting with the types of tasks set out above in relation to our portfolio of multinational and privately owned clients.

The role would suit a switched on enthusiastic person keen to learn that has experience operating in a corporate administrative environment.

Due to the requirements of this role work-from-home arrangements are unable to be accommodated.
