What Were Looking For
A strategic metrics-driven demand generation leader to own marketing pipeline performance for SeekOut Recruit (SaaS) and SeekOut Spot (AI agent). Youll drive MQL SAL and SQL targets through integrated multi-channel campaigns and enterprise ABM.
What Youll Do
- Own full-funnel pipeline metrics forecasting and reporting
- Lead integrated campaigns across paid organic email events and ABM
- Manage platforms: Google Ads Bing LinkedIn and intent data tools
- Develop enterprise ABM strategies targeting CHRO VP TA CFO personas
- Align closely with SDRs and AEsenable outreach provide targeting review pipeline weekly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing Web Customer Success and RevOps
- Build attribution models A/B testing frameworks and optimize lead scoring/routing
- Use insights intent data and ROI to inform strategy and budget allocation

What Youll Bring
- 7 years in B2B demand gen with proven pipeline impact
- Expertise in enterprise ABM and integrated campaigns
- Experience across paid organic event and direct channels
- SaaS services marketing experience ideally in AI/ML or HR Tech
- Technical fluency with marketing automation Salesforce attribution tools
- Proficiency with Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager and intent platforms
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE base incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).
Base compensation $125000 - $150000 per year
