Job Description: Project Manager at Sevita
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with team members to identify project goals timelines and resources needed
- Develop project plans including tasks schedules and assignments
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion
- Lead project meetings facilitate discussions and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project work
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in the healthcare or social services industry
- Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with special needs
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $69000 - $109000 per year
