Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams in executing plasma collection and testing initiatives
- Develop project plans timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of each project
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project implementation and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project goals
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field such as Project Management Business Administration or Life Sciences
- Proven experience in project management preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of project management principles methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience in managing projects related to healthcare operations plasma collection or pharmaceutical development
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP) are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $66000 - $102000 per year
