The Workforce Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Workforce Management Team by overseeing recruitment logistics engaging candidates and monitoring operational workflows. This position ensures a seamless hiring experience through effective interview coordination initial candidate screenings and real-time oversight of applicant and agent activity. Additionally the specialist actively monitors phone queues and agent statuses to help maintain optimal staffing levels and service performance.
Education Requirements
High School/GED required.
Special Requirements
- Communication Ability to communicate with patients visitors and coworkers required.
- Adaptability - Responds to changing needs and adjusts workflows accordingly required.
