Arc Infrastructure is offering the opportunity to become a Trainee Network Controller the people at the heart of WAs rail operations. Our controllers keep freight moving safely and efficiently across the state making critical decisions in real-time.

The Role

As a Trainee Network Controller youll:

  • Train to safely manage and coordinate the movement of trains across WA.

  • Work with cutting-edge systems and technology.

  • Balance autonomy and teamwork making crucial decisions while working closely with fellow controllers.

  • Be part of 24/7 operations on a rotating roster (12-hour shifts).

  • Start your journey at our Canning Vale Control Centre before moving into a new state-of-the-art facility at Perth Airport in 2027
