Your new role :

We are seeking a Trainee Administration/Reception Officer to join our Hub Team in Dubbo.

The Trainee Administration/Reception Officer will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support the daily running of services for the Dubbo Hub.

The Traineeship will include key tasks such as

Maintaining the privacy and dignity of clients at all times

Welcoming clients/ visitors and notify staff of clients arrival to the service

Assisting with various administrative duties as required

Selection Criteria:

Aboriginality

Willingness to complete Certificate III in Business Administration

Intermediate computer skills preferably Microsoft applications

Ability to work within a team

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Respect for individual rights and self-determination

Knowledge and understanding of issues that impact Aboriginal people and Aboriginal communities

Mandatory compliance requirements of the position:

1. Drivers Licence

2. National Criminal Record Check

3. Working With Children Check

4. Evidence of COVID vaccination
