Are you ready to shape the future of rural healthcare through people At MDHS were seeking a dynamic Workforce Business Partner to champion high performance drive strategic workforce initiatives and support our leaders in building a thriving values-driven culture.

This is more than a People and Culture (P&C) role its a chance to influence change foster inclusion and make a meaningful impact across our health service.

What Youll Do

  • Coach and empower managers across the employee lifecycle from recruitment to succession planning
  • Deliver timely expert advice on policies awards and agreements
  • Lead return-to-work coordination and injury management in partnership with external stakeholders
  • Partner on organisational change initiatives that enhance culture and capability
  • Liaise with unions and employee representatives with professionalism and integrity
  • Contribute to policy development continuous improvement and risk management
  • Promote equity diversity and psychological safety in every interaction
