Lead the development and management of financial plans budgets and forecasts to support the organizations short-term and long-term goals.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget adherence and allocation of resources.
Conduct financial analysis and reporting including variance analysis cost-benefit analysis and financial performance assessments.
Interpret financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and financial growth.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
Prepare and present financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting regulations and standards.
Manage relationships with financial institutions and investment partners.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations financial laws and industry-specific standards.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and department heads supporting the development and execution of the organizations strategic plans.
Following a qualification offered by a professional Accounting Body/ Undergraduate or following a Degree in Finance/Accounting.
