The team combines technical excellence with a collaborative culture working on high-profile matters for top-tier clients across banking and finance corporate insolvency and commercial disputes. Your Role
We are seeking an exceptional Associate or Senior Associate with a minimum of 4 years post-admission experience to join ourhigh-performing Brisbane Dispute Resolution team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator with demonstrated expertise in insolvency and reconstruction or for those looking to build a specialisation in this dynamic and growing practice area.
More About You
We are looking for talented lawyers who:
- have 4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation with expertise or genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring (both advisory and contentious)
- demonstrate initiative commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to excellence
- possess strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients colleagues and industry professionals
- excel in collaborative team environments and contribute positively to team culture
