About the role

The Digital Program Manager will establish and lead TACs enterprise-wide Information Management program shaping its scope outcomes and roadmap to build enduring information management capability in line with TACs strategic priorities.

You will review in-flight projects to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Information and Knowledge Management Strategy taking a holistic approach that integrates people process technology and data to uplift organisational maturity. A key part of the role is embedding a data as an asset mindset across the business to enable improved decision-making and enhanced client outcomes.

Partnering with Executive Sponsors business leaders and Enterprise Transformation teams youll ensure programs deliver sustainable uplift while tracking value against enterprise maturity targets and GPS outcomes. With responsibility for shaping and guiding delivery teams you will be accountable for reporting to senior stakeholders on progress risks benefits and inter-dependencies.

About the Team

This role sits within Digital Delivery branch in Enterprise Transformation division which is accountable for delivering TACs strategic transformation programs in a way that optimises client outcomes enhances employee experience and delivers positive community impact.

You will join a supportive and collaborative team who show up for each other speak openly and work together to own and deliver outcomes. The team thrives in a culture of psychological safety empathy and continuous improvement looking at people processes data and technology as one integrated whole.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Portfolio Delivery you will be trusted to work autonomously lead and mentor delivery team reporting to you while being encouraged to challenge ways of working propose better solutions and contribute to shaping the program and culture of the team.

What were looking for

Proven Digital Program Leader
You bring extensive experience in leading large complex technology-enabled transformation programs including cloud-based solutions and modern DevOps practices. You are skilled at managing multimillion-dollar budgets balancing resources and ensuring delivery aligns with enterprise priorities.

Strategic & Adaptive Partner
You have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence align and manage expectations across business and IT. Youre confident presenting to executive leadership and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams and delivery streams.

Agile & Continuous Improvement Mindset
You are well-versed in modern delivery methodologies including Agile SAFe and hybrid approaches and can adapt to the needs of different workstreams. You take a digital-first approach focused on continuous improvement measurable business value and customer-centric outcomes.
