Customer Services Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team and help us to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

As our Customer Services Advisor youll:

• Have a flair and passion for delivering excellent customer service with previous demonstrable experience.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills and can think on your feet working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess the necessary behaviours and attributes to achieve right first time customer interaction.
• Display confidence: being articulate and effective with a full range of communication techniques i.e. face to face telephone written & via digital channels.
• Achieve positive outcomes supporting all areas of the business offering a broad range of services to our customers from advice and assistance with repair & maintenance enquiries to a range of housing tenancy support and advice including processing payments.
• Provide a flexible attitude to compliment the importance of service delivery

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
