Job Title: Relationship Coordinator

Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President

Location: Los Angeles CA

Overview

As a Relationship Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships / revenue streams. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and act independently as a liaison between clients bankers and operations staff responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will have substantial direct interaction with clients and prospects fielding inquiries doing research preparing presentations and executing special requests.

You will possess a general knowledge of all Private Wealth Managements products and services including guidelines and procedures and have the ability to utilize and navigate the full range of internal resources and systems applications; you will research account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation on client activities. You will be capable of advising and/or resolving most client service issues as well as identifying cross-sell opportunities and assist with the development of marketing proposals.

What Youll Do

  • Provide back-up phone coverage when bankers are unavailable. Organize and maintain files correspondence and records in accordance with policy. Provide timely and accurate follow-up for assigned projects
  • Serve as primary contact for clients. Responsible for new client adoptions KYC account opening etc. Manage and drive all EDRs and Regular Review KYCs to completion.
  • Facilitate client directed transactions including account closures maintenance etc. Monitor account overdrafts and large transaction activity. Handle problems before they become significant
  • Prepare customized reports / summaries as needed. Identify and suggest ways to improve current processes. Provide support for key business initiatives / projects. Adhere to all regulatory policies and operating procedures
  • Provide support to assigned banker(s) in acquisition of new clients and revenue streams. Prepare client presentations and assist in the design and implementation of marketing proposals
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through client interaction and inform banker. Maintain deal pipeline to reflect current prospects active deals and revenue estimates

Skills Youll Need

  • Undergraduate degree; bachelors degree in a finance related field preferred
  • Experience in related field a preference
  • Series 7 & 63 recommended

Expectations

It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Los Angeles CA office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $90000 to $140000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
