Employee Benefits Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join a growing team as an Employee Benefits Producer. With a strong emphasis on fostering a positive and upbeat work culture looking for candidates who are eager to contribute to the success and build lasting relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects in the local community
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Employee Benefits
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients ensuring their needs are met
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver seamless client experiences
- Participate in local travel to meet with clients and build trust within the community
Qualifications/Requirements
For Entry-Level Candidates:
- Recent college graduate with a strong sales-oriented personality
- Willingness to work onsite full-time during training with hybrid flexibility thereafter
For Experienced Candidates:
- Proven track record as a successful Employee Benefits producer
- Ability to start in a hybrid work environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Local residency or strong ties to the area (Decatur Bloomington Washington or Peoria preferred)
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally
