Job Summary

Purpose of the position:
Supports the maintenance development and effective implementation of quality management systems and standards within dormakaba Bulgarias manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards and contributes to processes related to nonconformity analysis and continuous improvement.
Work that matters: Your responsibilities:
Maintain and further develop quality management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
Create and update process maps and key performance indicators for production processes.
Participate in nonconformity analysis and Root Cause Analysis.
Support process optimization and the implementation of best practices.
Train and advise colleagues on standards and work instructions.
Experience that matters: Your skills:
Higher education engineering degree or Masters in Quality Management.
Experience in a production environment is an advantage.
Internal or Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and motivation for professional growth.
English B2 level.
