About this Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in supporting various financial and accounting functions. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of monthly transaction detail reports processing reimbursement requests generating invoices and reallocating expenses. The role also involves supporting the closeout of completed capital projects assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statement supporting schedules audit workpapers and journal entries. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support departmental operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors
Accounting
(degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Accountant I - No experience required.
Accountant II - Two years of experience.
Accountant III - Five years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters
Accounting
- Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:
CPA
