Technical Solution Consultant DirectorWhat does a successful Technical Solutions Consultant Director do
Youll be leading a technical team that serves as the strategic guides for our key partners including middleware software vendors and third-party service providers. This role balances strategic leadership operational excellence and hands on technical expertise to drive revenue growth and partner success.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of high performing Technical Solutions Consultants who collaborate with sales and product teams to create partner success strategies
- Assist in building frameworks for partner health performance and feedback loops
- Drive innovation in partner experience
- Ensure Technical Solutions Consultants effectively translate partner business requirements into scalable and marketable solutions
- Serve as an executive level technical advisor in strategic deals and key customer meetings
- Establish career development plans training programs and performance metrics while fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning
What You Will Need To Have
- Bachelors degree with 47 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- 7 years in a technical systems role such as Operations Support Analysis Sales Product or Project Management.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems
- Strong business acumen and data driven decision making skills
- Strategic leadership in conjunction with coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands on technical engagement
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint
What Would Be Great To Have
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in supervisory or leadership roles
- Experience with process improvement and performance management
- Skilled at prioritizing and delegating tasks
- B2B Retail or Hospitality System Integration with Hardware Software and System Service Agreements.
- Executing contracts licenses and agreements
- Project product or service management knowledge
- Business Case Justification and Problem Management Process
- Related banking industry knowledge in POS platforms retail merchant services payment transactions or payment gateways
