Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance software services analytics or related fields
  • Excellent client-facing skills required must be able to relay complex and often technical concepts to broad audiences
  • Ability to coordinate across different teams working effectively in a team and as an individual
  • Knowledge of catastrophe modeling is a plus
  • Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage for working with regions where coordination may be needed in the local language
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record
  • Degrees in actuarial science natural sciences or engineering are preferred

Responsibilities

Our high-performing Client Development team is looking for an Assistant Director Client Success Management to work closely within the Asia Pacific Market Segment to support clients and expand strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated proactive and results-oriented professional with the ability to work with minimal direction. The main functions of this role are to execute the strategic account plan work closely with our client base retain and increase revenue by helping pursue expansion opportunities and ensure a high quality of service and effective communication between the client and internal business units. Success will be determined by client retention and satisfaction as well as performance on individual project-based initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as a strong client advocate while maintaining business priorities
  • Actively participate in regularly scheduled account team meetings designed to review the state of the client and align strategic plans
  • Support the sales team in executing account strategies
  • Support account renewal and cancellation mitigation activities
  • Proactively identify and improve areas of client dissatisfaction
  • Monitor the progress of client inquiries up to confirmation of final resolution; ensure the final resolution fully meets Moodys standards
  • Support event response outreach and ongoing support
  • Support change management activities for updated product and model releases
  • Lead client onboarding and training for new products and services
  • Provide ongoing technical expertise and assistance
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with a team
