Do you have a CDA and aspire to be a Head Start teacher We have an opportunity for you!

Got your CDA and ready to level up with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mayville State University Join the West River Head Start adventure! Tuition assistance is available.

• Have a current Child Development credential (CDA)and will enroll at Mayville State University for an associates in Early Childhood Education program (Head Start will assist with some tuition) OR an associate baccalaureate or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education Elementary Education Child Development or related field

• Requires valid drivers license

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships considered.

• Flourish in a top-notch work setting with superstar coaching staff by your side.

• Team up with your trusty teacher assistant(s) to create a dynamic duo supporting kids and rolling out policies like a pro.

• Kids in the classroom 4 days a week (Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday). Teaching heroes enjoy a prep/training day on Wednesdays.

• Rock a full-time gig from mid-August to mid-May. Fancy summer hours HIT Inc. might have you covered.

• Your degree dictates your payday:

  • $28.00/hour - If youve got a CDA and are ready to dive into ECE at Mayville State University OR hold an Associate degree

  • $32.75/hour - For those flaunting a Bachelors degree
