Job Summary
As an Infant Teacher at The Sanctuary Child Learning Center youll help care for little ones. Youll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social emotional cognitive creative and physical development of each child.
Responsibilities
- Implements curriculum activities and lesson plans. Follows program schedule for the classroom outdoor time meals snacks and special activities.
- Keeps accurate and current records of each childs developmental milestones student accidents anecdotal notes and attendance.
- Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
- Maintains a safe comforting and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
- Has working knowledge of Georgia Department of Early Learning Standards and Quality Rated as they pertain to center operations.
- Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a preschool environment
- Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
- Energetic nurturing positive child-friendly personality
- Shows initiative; strong work ethic
- Will need to receive a Satisfactory Comprehensive national background check through Bright from the Start
- High school diploma
- CDA or higher is a plus

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
The Association for Early Learning Leaders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving directors owners and administrators of early care and education programs since 1984. Our goal is to strengthen the knowledge skills and abilities of directors owners emerging leaders and other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
