Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Retail Assistant to join their team to promote golf related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction has a positive attitude and thrives in a retail environment. Itll be an added advantage if candidate has golf-related knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle cashiering duties including payment processing and issuing receipts.
- Assist in inventory management stock replenishment and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store manager.
Requirements:
- Prior retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Proactive responsible and a good team player.

- 5-day work week
- Retail environment (Orchard Road)
