About The Role:

This role is ideal for someone with a strong retail industry background and a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the customerand employeeexperience. You should feel comfortable navigating change and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
This role works closely with stakeholdersacross multiple geographies and operating maturity. You will need to have a clearandconcisecommunicationstyle butcan exerciseflexibility whereappropriate. You need to work at speed be a self-starter to drivechangeand can manage ambiguityin order todeliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Buildand scale global retail processes:Drive planning and execution of retail process changes including POS system rollouts and operational enhancements across markets.
Strong capability todrive adoption of new ways of working within the operation:Drive changeof new processes and minimize disruption to store operations.
Operational Readiness:Conduct impact assessments and readiness checks for retail teams;identifygaps and create actionable plans.
Stakeholder Engagement:Facilitateworkshops and feedback sessions with store managers and retail teams to ensure alignment and operational clarity.
Co Creating training &communicationmaterials:Partnering with Global Training and Developmentcreatepractical training and communication materialsfor stores. Delivery of training and supportingbusinessprocesswill be.
Performance Tracking:Partnering with Global Performancemonitoringandreporton adoption rates and operational KPIs post-implementation.
Process Owner:Be the point of contact for support functions such as Supply ChainITand merchandising forinsights and guidance of impacts to stores on processsystemand ways of working changes.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Business Retail Management or related field.
Retail industry experience is essential.
5 years of experience in retail operations process improvement or change management.
Strong understanding of retail systems (POS inventory management) and operational workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking operational performance and adoption metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Passionate about retail and comfortable with change.
