Remote Cruise and Resort Specialist
We are excited to share an opportunity to join our team as a Remote Cruise and Resort Specialist.
In this role you will help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise and resort experiences worldwide. Responsibilities include but are not limited to researching and arranging cruises resorts flights hotels rail services excursions transfers and special events.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented enjoys helping others and thrives in a client-focused environment. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage customized cruise and resort itineraries
- Assist clients with stateroom resort and excursion selections
- Provide personalized recommendations based on client needs
- Maintain certification through ongoing training
- Attend webinars for destination and product knowledge
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Stay updated on industry trends and promotions
- Collaborate with team members and share insights
- Resolve booking or reservation issues promptly
- Maintain accurate client records
- Network with partners and vendors
- Participate in educational trips for hands-on learning

Requirements:
- Citizenship in the US UK Mexico Australia or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Smartphone with internet access (laptop or desktop is also recommended)

- Customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
- Previous personal booking experience is a plus
