How youll contribute:
Assists the administration staff in overseeing and assisting all staff in all functions to ensure the provision of quality general and psychiatric care to patients suffering from substance abuse or psychiatric disorders. Oversee the day-to-day activities of staff in all CCD and nursing area and assists the department managers with scheduling education and discipline of staff when needed. Involved in direct patient care education and training and participation in departmental and hospitals meetings as assigned. Reviews documentation and works with staff to ensure that documentation is timely accurate and complete. The House Supervisor may also serve as a working RN and routinely executes nursing care duties to ensure quality patient care and proper execution and documentation of the treatment plan.
