Supporting Actions
Drive NSV for Retail
- Deliver budgeted CBA
Revenue Impact post take off launch
- % LTL growth for Takeoff stores
- Revenue impact to be greater than 10% post launch
Improvement of Sales KPI post take off
- KPI Growth -CRM KPIs ABV ABS Improvement
Ensure end to end follow up for effective store launches
- Ensure an average 40 stores are to be launched in every FY
- Every NSO to be given best practices ideas
- To centrally design GTM strategies with Marketing team for every NSO
- Sales Vs IRR for 6 months post launch
Digital Take-off for Retail stores
- BOSS roll out
- Hyperlocal
- Best practices roll out - % of retail
Quality of Integration & CRM
- To create and execute CRM campaigns for NSOs and take-off stores
- Program manage new stores by working closely with vendors marketing team ABMs & RBMs
Ensure sustainability of key business processes
- Maintain Effective MIS & Trackers
- Ensure weekly / monthly reviews & initiation of actions & realignment
- Achieve the targeted number of Takeoff stores against the budget
