Job Summary
1. Strategic Finance & Business Leadership
Lead financial strategy budgeting and forecasting aligned to the companys long-
term growth plans in bicycle 2W and 3W tire segments.

Partner with MD/ED to evaluate strategic projects business model pivots and
pricing decisions.
Design and oversee capital allocation frameworks to support product
diversification automation and export expansion.
2. Strategic Initiatives and M&A
Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities joint ventures and strategic partnerships
(domestic and international).
Lead due diligence business valuation and financial integration for acquisitions or
divestments.
Support incubation of new verticals (e.g. rubber components OEM supply global
brand partnerships) by defining ROI frameworks setting up financial processes and
enabling early-stage controls.
3. Banking Treasury & Working Capital Management
Lead fund raising from banks and financial institutions including working capital
lines term loans and export finance.
Manage relationships with banks NBFCs and rating agencies.
Monitor and optimize working capital through inventory payables and receivables
pricing decisions.

5. ERP & Digital Finance Systems
Spearhead design implementation and continuous improvement of the
homegrown ERP system in collaboration with IT and Controller.
Embed financial workflows policy enforcement and statutory logic into ERP
systems.
Ensure systems remain audit- and compliance-ready as regulations evolve (GST
TDS RoDTEP ESG etc.).
6. Financial Controller Oversight
Supervise and support the Financial Controller in executing financial operations
compliance (GST/ROC) audit readiness and control functions.
Ensure clarity of roles between strategic finance and controller responsibilities
maintaining maker-checker separation.
7. Board & Investor Communication
Prepare board materials investor decks and lender updates on performance
forecasts and capital initiatives.
Lead financial story-building for external stakeholders including institutional
partners potential buyers or JV collaborators.
