Mission & Impact

As a Business Development Representative you will play a key role in driving growth by creating meaningful first connections with potential clients. Your work in generating and qualifying leads will directly support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the companys impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Track and provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales development lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools (e.g. Hubspot).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with outbound prospecting and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology or related industries.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Conversion rate of outreach to booked appointments.
