Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Youll be responsible for invoicing collections reconciliations and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Prepare issue and track invoices to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile payments resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Generate aging reports and provide updates to management.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred (not required).
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP software (QuickBooks SAP NetSuite Oracle etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
